37/100: Higher or Lower

Look at the number on the page. Do you think the next random number between 1 and 100 will be higher or lower?

I did not account for it picking the name number twice in a row, so hopefully that doesn't happen! I made it in 30 minutes, be nice to me>_<

Edit: it happened when I was testing. It just counts it as an incorrect guess no matter which option you picked. Good luck!
